Morning Donut & Danish

"Don't feel guilty about food." That was a statement from the founder of Skinny Girl, Bethenny Frankel. I so agreed with her that women should not feel guilty about what they eat. I know some of us kicked out but if we eat a donut or cinnamon roll. Others, however, can finish five slices of pizza but still can eat other things. Some others throw up after eating lots of food.

As I was writing this, I just finished eating a chocolate-glaced donut and a cheese danish. I believe together they just added about 700 calories into my body. I am feeling so guilty. I once asked a friend how to stay skinny, and she said "Don't eat!" I so agree with her, but how can we escape eating? Especially when you are a wife and you feel responsible (with pleasure) to serving food for your family. It is uneasy to escape from food.

Everyday, I am telling myself I am not going to eat much tomorrow. But instead, I might be eating even more than today. How scary! And now I am feeling so bad for eating that donut and danish!
